? Chilades trochylus (Freyer, [1845])

Range: Greece, Africa, W and C Asia.

So far only one specimen has been reported from Bulgaria, which according to its label data has been collected on the S Black Sea coast between Ahtopol and the mouth of Veleka river (Slivov & Abadjiev 1999b). This locality is however doubtful and  needs confirmation (Kolev 2002a). In my opinion it is possible that this small and inconspicuous species can be found in the hottest part of the country, the Sandanski-Petritch kettle.
