Aphantopus hyperantus (Linnaeus, 1758)   


Range: Temperate Eurasia.

Distribution in Bulgaria: Practically everywhere from sea level to ca. 1500 m.

Habitat: Grassy bushy places.

Bionomics: One generation from June till August. Larval host-plants: grasses (Poaceae) (Tolman & Lewington 1997).

Conservation status: Widespread and common. IUCN category: Lower risk, least concern.
